The main element that separates the successful from the unsuccessful and the rich from the poor isn’t their knowledge or skill levels, but rather their mindset. This is really one of proven mind control techniques.
So let’s talk about mindset. There are plenty of mindset components that come into play when we’re talking about analyzing a successful mindset – overcoming fear, a burning desire to succeed, having a good reason why we want to succeed, and so many more.
Today we will focus on and talk about just one component: believing in one’s self.
The limitations we experience in life are often the result of our own mental limitations. Let us consider Roger Bannister when he broke the four-minute mile. Previous to him setting this record, most people considered it impossible to run a mile in less than four minutes. But once Bannister did it, many people quickly followed suit. All it took was for people to change their mindset and believe they could do it. He was successful, because he followed one of proven mind control techniques - Controlling Your Own Mind.
If you aren’t as successful with your business as you would like, there’s a good chance that you’ve set up a limitation in your mind.
Let’s suppose you are making $1,000 a month with your business, but you want to get to the $5,000 a month level. The truth is if you can make $1,000, then you can make $5,000 … after all, the first pound is really the hardest, and after that it’s a matter of replicating what works, leveraging your previous success to snowball into more success, and so on.
But of course most people don’t shoot from $1,000 to $5,000 overnight. Their mind needs to adjust to the idea. You need to take small steps to begin building bridges between what you know you can do and what you want to do. If $2,000 seems doable, but $3,000 seems like a bit of a stretch, then your first goal is to reach an income of $2,000 a month.
Now $3,000 doesn’t seem like such a stretch, but perhaps $5,000 a month still does. So start aiming to go from $2,000 a month to $3,000. When you reach that amount, you are almost there. You now have self-belief in what you are doing, and can continue on, taking small steps to reach your goal of $5,000 a month.
You just need to free your mind to believe that you can do it. Once you truly and fully accept that you can do it, you WILL.
You don’t have to bow down to your mind’s limits. Instead, be open and be free. Choose to make more. Believe that you can. Make it so. Free your mind and use one of the proven mind control techniques.
